You agree to pay damages of 100 000 $ or a value that is a hundredfold more han the real costs of rectifying the breach (including legal fees), whichever is greater.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of use is held invalid, then that provision shall be deemed severable and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.
